EMOKO has five warehouses located in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Orders from these warehouses will be delivered to customers within 7 working days (may be extended in special circumstances).

Bikes purchased from the EMOKO official website will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You are guaranteed free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the goods (special circumstances require checking our after-sales terms). EMOKO ensures that customer information is kept confidential for those who pay here.

EMOKO bikes are very easy to assemble, generally taking only 10-20 minutes. If you encounter difficulties, EMOKO provides assembly videos on YouTube.

We understand that sometimes customers need to change the color of your bike or add one or more accessories to your order. EMOKO CS team is always ready to help, we will do our best to help you change or correct your orders before shipment occurs.
If an order that has not shipped:
For customers who want to change bike color, as inventory for each model and each color varies minute by minute, and as we are experiencing high order volume, customers will need to cancel the original order if he or she wants to change color of their bikes, and place a new order.
For shipping address adjustment, CS team will help make changes to address right away.
If an order that has shipped:
If the items in your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order or make any changes, including order content, shipping address and else. However, you should contact with our CS team to return the order after you have received them. Please note that a restocking fee may occur according to our policy, click here to view details.
