Order Processing Time

Except in cases of force majeure, all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If your item cannot be shipped within this time frame, we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Time

Depending on the items you order and your shipping address, your package will be dispatched from our local or nearest warehouse (located in the EU, UK, US, etc.) or our China warehouse.

• E-Bikes: Delivered within 3–8 business days. (Shipped from local or nearest warehouse)

• Accessories: Delivered within 3–20 business days. (Shipped from local or China warehouse)

 

Cancel or Change An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
