Submission Guidelines

1. Unlimited Submissions (Unique Content)
  • Submit multiple videos: Participants may submit multiple entries per month.
  • Uniqueness: Each submission must be unique. Duplicate or near-identical content will be treated as a single entry.
  • Multiple submissions of the same work will not increase the chance of winning and will only be evaluated once.
2. Content Policy
  • Product Focus: Submissions must clearly feature an Emoko bike.
  • Originality: All content must be original and captured by the participant. Any copyright infringement will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Appropriate Content: Submissions must not include violent, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material and must comply with local regulations.
3. Rights and Usage
  • License Grant: By submitting, participants grant Emoko bike a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license.
  • Usage Rights: This includes the right to reproduce, edit, modify, publish, and display content for both commercial and non-commercial purposes across our website and social media.
  • Creator Credit: Credit will always be given to the original creator when their content is featured.
4. Eligibility & Notification
  • Requirements: Open to all customers who own an Emoko bike and are 18 years of age or older.
  • Winner Contact: Winners will be notified via the email address provided.
  • Rewards: Issued within 7 business days. Discount codes are non-transferable and valid for a limited time.

  • Emoko bike reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
  • All decisions regarding winner selection and program administration are final.
